MEet Dr. Rachael
I grew up playing sports and have always been fascinated by human movement and how the body adapts when we challenge it. But my relationship with sports, the gym, and performance wasn't always healthy. For a long time, I tied how I performed to who I was, and it affected both my confidence and relationships.
When I began personal training, I witnessed how transformative movement can be. I saw people grow stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies. In the process, I began to rebuild my own relationship with movement, too.
That journey shapes the way I practice today.
I believe movement is one of the most powerful tools we have. Not just to reduce pain, but to restore trust in your body. Whether I'm helping someone get out of bed without pain or guiding someone back to sport, my goal is the same: to meet you where you are and help you become stronger, more resilient, and more confident than when you started.
I care deeply about the people I work with, and I'm committed to helping you move forward in a way that feels empowering and sustainable for the long term.
