Our Story

We met at Palmer College of Chiropractic while playing on the women’s and men’s rugby teams. With both of us coming from athletic backgrounds, we shared a deep appreciation for movement and a passion for helping people stay active and healthy. It didn’t take long for us to realize that we aligned not only in our approach to chiropractic care, but in life as well, and we began dating during our time in school.
We come from different backgrounds. Bryce grew up in Iowa as a loyal Vikings fan, while Rachael is a proud Wisconsinite and lifelong Packers fan. Despite the friendly rivalry, we quickly discovered something much bigger in common: a shared passion for helping people improve their quality of life.
During our training, we often talked about the kind of clinic we wished more people had access to. One that truly looks at the whole person, not just their symptoms. We believed chiropractic care could be more than quick adjustments; it could be a way to help people move better, feel stronger, and take ownership of their health.
That vision ultimately led us to open our clinic. Our goal is simple: provide thoughtful, personalized care that integrates chiropractic treatment with movement and education. We want every patient to leave feeling not only better, but empowered with the tools and knowledge to continue improving their health
